Processing, Shipping & Returns (Keychains)

PROCESSING TIME

• Keychains are made to order and ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING

• Keychains are packed in a cello bag and wrapped to keep safe and shipped in a bubble mailer.
• Keychains are sent via USPS First Class Mail.  
• Please allow 2-6 days once your item ships.

RETURNS

• I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. 
• I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
• The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
