Processing, Shipping & Returns (Prints <11x14)

PROCESSING TIME

• Prints 11"x14" and smaller are printed in my home studio and ready to ship in 1 - 3 days.

SHIPPING

• Prints 11x14" and smaller are shipped in a rigid mailer via USPS. 
• Please allow 3-5 days once your item ships.

RETURNS

• I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
• I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
• The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
